Continuity of Primary Care
We are told that continuity of care is important, but the concept of continuity means different things to different people. This talk discusses the concept of continuity, the history of continuity in NHS primary care and why researchers and policy makers are interested in continuity. It will also discuss an ongoing qualitative case study of continuity in extended access hubs.
