DESCRIPTION:Discover Days at Manchester offer potential applicants the ch
 ance to gain real insight into degree programmes they might study at thi
 s University. They provide a great opportunity for participants to gain 
 first-hand experience and make informed decisions about their university
  choices before the start of the UCAS application process.\n\nThe Discov
 er Computer Science Day is designed for students who have a keen interes
 t in studying computer science at degree level. This day will allow part
 icipants to get a unique insight into studying computer science at The U
 niversity of Manchester. Participants will have the opportunity to meet 
 academic staff and current students\, and to ask any questions relating 
 to our degree courses. The programme will include an introductory lectur
 e\, a talk and workshop\, a tour of our School and an opportunity to exp
 lore student project work. This would be a fantastic experience to add t
 o personal statements if you’re thinking of applying to study computer s
 cience at university.
