This event is aimed at healthcare professionals working in Stroke Rehabilitation.
The Greater Manchester Assessment of Stroke Rehabilitation (G-MASTER) project is part of the Greater Manchester & Cheshire Cardiovascular Network's programme of work to improve stroke rehabilitation, in collaboration with the University of Manchester.
The project has developed and implemented a toolkit of multidisciplinary measures to assess and monitor patient progress across stroke rehabilitation units in Greater Manchester. This event will celebrate the successes of the project, with talks on what to measure, how to measure it and how to implement measurement tools into clinical practice! The impact of implementing tools into practice will also be evaluated, with presentation of the results of data collected throughout the project. This event is aimed at professionals working in stroke rehabilitation clinical and research practice and free to attend however places are limited and will be allocated on a first come, first served basis!
