DESCRIPTION:Booking will commence at 9am on 3 October\n\nMany of the tech
 niques and graphics used in this course are only available in R and its 
 associated libraries.  This session demonstrates the installation and us
 e of R\, the R-studio and the R-commander\, on a variety of platforms (l
 inux\, macOS and windows). Participants are asked to bring their own lap
 -top computers to install the software.  The following lectures will ass
 ume that participants have a working copy of R.
