School of Materials PGR Student Conference 2017
Every Spring the School holds a research conference for all PGR students. Students in Years 1 and 3 of their programme give oral presentations and students in Year 2 submit posters.
All students are expected to participate in the conference; it constitutes an important element of the progression assessment. The conference is a valuable opportunity to practice written
and oral presentation skills and also to find out about the research going on in other parts of the School.
The Poster Session is on the Concourse, Renold Building. The parallel session are on campus.
