The energy industry is changing at a pace not seen in decades.
In this BP-ICAM webinar, Gardiner Hill, Director of Climate Change and Sustainability Technologies at BP, will discuss how technology is helping BP meet the dual challenge of increasing energy demand and advancing to a lower carbon future.
About Gardiner Hill
Gardiner Hill is the Director of Climate Change & Sustainability Technology Function of BP and is an Advisor to the BP group on CO2 Capture and Storage (CCS) technology, policy and regulations. He is also responsible for BP’s Carbon Mitigation Initiative (CMI) at Princeton University.
Gardiner is Vice-Chair of the EU Technology Platform for Zero Emissions Fossil Fuel Power (ZEP), Industry Co-Chair of the CO2 Capture and Storage European Industrial Initiative (CCS EII) and sits on the Executive Board of the London based Industry Association for CO2 Capture and Storage (CCSA).
Gardiner has more than 25 years’ experience in technical and project management. He holds MSc. and BSc. degrees in petroleum and civil engineering respectively, from Herriot-Watt University in Scotland.
