Join us for a panel discussion exploring how we can drive action on race equality at the University of Manchester. We will examine progression barriers encountered by Black, Asian and ethnically diverse colleagues at all levels ranging from the start of a research career to succeeding in senior managerial and professorial roles.
The aims of this event are to critically appraise the culture within FBMH, raise awareness of intersectionality and encourage employee and student voice to inform meaningful change.
