Jenn Ashworth is a graduate of the Manchester Centre for New Writing. Her first novel, A Kind of Intimacy was published by Arcadia in 2009.
Jen Hadfield was born in Cheshire in 1978 and now lives in Shetland. Her first poetry collection Almanacs was published by Bloodaxe in 2005 and her second, Nigh-No-Place (Bloodaxe, 2008), was shortlisted for the Forward Prize for Best Collection and won the prestigious TS Eliot prize.
