DESCRIPTION:We will use this seminar to relaunch the Person-Centred Care 
 and Complex Health Needs theme within the CPC&HSR. \n\nTheme leads Profe
 ssor Caroline Sanders and Dr Tom Blakeman will give a brief introduction
  to the theme\, remind us of progress prior to the Covid pandemic\, and 
 together with Dr Jennifer Voorhees\, will lead a discussion about the pl
 an going forward following this relaunch. \n\nPlease visit this Jamboard

  this relaunch we will be setting up a listserve for the theme\, and the
 re will be opportunities to become involved in the leadership of the the
