DESCRIPTION:This CPD session will introduce you to the principles of outb
 reaks and the key steps used in outbreak investigations.  It will cover 
 the methodology used in case-controls studies to quantify the associatio
 n between the disease outcome and multiple risk factors. The session wil
 l be based on a specific scenario and will involve facilitated discussio
 ns and group work to enable participants to gain a deep understanding of
  the topic.
