DESCRIPTION:CLOSER is hosting a free one-day workshop focussing on the op
 portunities\, and the challenges\, that come with cross-study research. 
 The event will look particularly at these issues in relation to data har
 monisation and will be led by Prof Rebecca Hardy.\n\nThe day will be spl
 it into three sessions. The first will explore CLOSER’s own data harmoni
 sation work with talks from two of our related research projects. This s
 ession will also include a practical exercise designed to help delegates
  understand the issues raised. The second session will feature talks fro
 m external cross-cohort initiatives and will provide insights into proje
 cts across multiple disciplines. The final session will focus on analyti
 cal approaches in cross-study research.\n\nThe workshop is hosted by the
  Data\, Skills and Training Research Group in the Cathie Marsh Institute
