We have long been promised that AI was going to revolutionise our workplaces, but since ChatGPT 3.5 was released in November 2022, we have been seeing this change played out in real time. Generative language AI models, of which ChatGPT is the most well-known brand name, has the power to completely remake the educational landscape and alter how we conduct both our own work and our student’s studies and as such, this is one of the most important conversation we need to be having right now.
Please join us for a discussion panel on this vital conversation where staff from FBMH will be discussing various aspects of this technology, including its wide range of application (for both staff and students), the new landscape it is going to be moving us towards and general thoughts as to how we need to now adapt our attitude and conduct towards our teaching and assessment.
