Join us on 30 March for an online talk with experienced Horticulture Therapist Mark Frith, where we will be discussing the long-standing principle of gardening by the phases of the moon. This idea is based around the seasons of the Chinese lunar calendar, and Mark will discuss the history of its use in farming and growing food. Understanding and adopting these principles can allow you to achieve more sustainable ways of gardening in simple steps!
