Join this lunchtime virtual webinar hosted by the Cancer Research UK City of London Centre which will explore ways to evaluate and think objectively when faced with negative experiment, publication and grant application outcomes which is inevitable for every researcher. You will hear about the experiences of the speakers and panel members and how they build resilience in their careers. The subsequent discussion and Q&A will then look at how to create a more resilient environment and selves, that enable all researchers to achieve their potential.
It will kick off with presentations from Profs. Kairbaan Hodivala-Dilke (Barts Cancer Institute) and Charles Swanton (Francis Crick Institute) from the City of London Centre. This will be followed by a panel Q&A with colleagues based across the network of CRUK Centres including Drs Nicki Flaum (CRUK Manchester Centre) and Claire King (CRUK Cambridge Centre). This free webinar is open to all researchers, you do not need to be based at a CRUK Centre.
