Galaxy Garden Tours
Come and explore our beautiful Galaxy Garden with 30 minute guided tours led by our Head Gardener, Becky Burns. Take a horticultural journey through time exploring the links we’ve made between our plants and the planets!
We will be guiding you through the 7 gardens that represent a journey through time right from the Big Bang, through the Birth and Death of Stars to the birth of our planets and current Solar System.
Tour Information:
Times: 11am & 2.30pm every day

Science Demonstrations
Come and find out the science behind our Galaxy Garden in our interactive outdoor science show. Find out how our universe was born, how it evolves and how some of the objects we see in the night sky such as planets and stars are formed. There will be demonstrations and a chance to take part!
Demonstration Information:
Times: 12pm & 3.30pm every day
Demonstrations last 30 minutes

Wildlife Walks
Join Phil, our Senior Gardener, on an informal walk through the Gardens and Arboretum discovering the wildlife and wild flowers that have made their home here at Jodrell.
There are almost 35 acres of grounds to explore so come and have a taste of what’s on offer and you’ll be amazed by the diversity within the area!!
Walk information:
Times: 1.30pm every day
Walk lasts 30 - 45 minutes
Suitable for all ages
The tour can be tailored to suit the mobility needs of the group on the day.
