What a Waste? is a new book from the CRESC research centre which analyses how government outsourcing goes wrong and makes proposals for doing things differently. This launch presents the argument of the book and sets it in context with presentations that open up the discussion about what’s going wrong, why and what can be done? This book from Manchester University Press is the latest in the Manchester Capitalism series of reasonably priced paper backs and e-books which aim to reframe the big issues of economic renewal, financial reform and political mobilisation.
