This session will deal with the fundamentals of Energy Dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy and Analysis from the SEM and STEM perspectives, as well as provide expert training on our Oxford Instruments systems.
You will learn correct operating procedure for EDS analysis/quantification/semi-quantification, as well as the capabilities of our EDS analysis systems in the Electron Microscopy Centre.
There will also be an opportunity for group sessions on selected microscopes, as well as opportunities to discuss your specific technical or technique-related questions concerning microanalysis.
