This free 90-minute online workshop will cover the following issues:
secondary data and its common sources
copyright ownership and duration
copyright exceptions and limitations

other relevant rights in secondary data use
By the end of the session, attendees will have a better understanding of copyright considerations when creating, using or sharing data. For example, what protection is offered under copyright and other relevant rights, identifying copyright exemptions, copyright ownership, country-level diversity, etc.
There will be time at the end for questions and discussion.
