The Whitworth has been chosen as a partner in this national project to celebrate 100 years of SOME women getting the vote.
As part of this national project we are running a series of workshops facilitated by artist Jackie Hayes to create a banner with women ages 50+.
Participants must be free to attend all of the workshops. The final piece produced will then be part of the national march on June 10th.
Workshop dates:
Tuesday 8 May 10am-2pm (includes lunch)
Friday 11 May 10am-1pm
Tuesday 15 May 10am-1pm
Friday 18 May 10am-1pm
Friday 25 May 10am-1pm
Sunday 10 June All day
