Stories of people and the NHS from throughout its history.
Please join us for an Artefact Talk with the Museum of Medicine and Health and the NHS at 70: The Story of our Lives project.
NHS at 70 project manager, Angela Whitecross, will explore and bring to life the museum’s collections through the stories collected as part of the NHS at 70 project. This is an opportunity to not only hear their stories, but also see some of the equipment and objects that they would have used or seen as part of their experiences.
NHS at 70 is a national programme of work supported by the National Lottery through the Heritage Lottery Fund (HLF) and led by The University of Manchester.
All are welcome.
Wednesday 14th November, 5:30-6:30, Room 2.57 Simon Building.
Entry is FREE (booking essential)
