DESCRIPTION:A week long series of workshops and sessions celebrating exce
 llent teaching and learning practice within the School of Health Science
 s\, 15 - 19 May 2023. \n\nDetails of all sessions along with registratio

 rruptions ITLF Project - ONLINE\n\nJoin Karen Lander and a student partn
 er of the Institute of Teaching and Learning Fellowship Project \, a pro
 ject focused on continuing support for students during resits and interr
 uptions.\n\nThe aims of this session are to discuss:\n\n- the methods we
  already use - and optimally could use - to engage students during resit
  preparation\;\n\n- the challenges and barriers for student re-engagemen
 t following interruption\;\n\n- the possible recommendations for good pr
 actice in terms of student engagement and support\, considering ways to 
 help students to improve their self-efficacy and engagement.\n\nThese ai
 ms will be explored using small group discussion within the workshop. We
  will also consider potential differences in student engagement levels a
 cross course level (UG vs PG)\, across course topic content and via on-c
 ampus and blended delivery modes.\n\nThis session will be held online an
