The Multilingual Museum
As part of The University of Manchester’s Community Festival 2021 we invite you to join Manchester Museum for a live family friendly story-making and language sharing event using museum objects as inspiration.
Did you know that Manchester Museum has over 4.5 million objects from around the world in its collection? They can tell different stories through different voices. Join the Multilingual Museum for a virtual adventure where you will navigate the museum’s collection as a resource for celebrating language diversity and take part in interactive activities where you can share your language skills with others.
The Multilingual Museum is a collaboration between the University of Manchester, Manchester Museum and Multilingual Manchester.
Suitable for: Ages 7+ with accompanying parents/carers
