 Do you ever struggle with the demands and complexity of the role? Do pol
 itics and complex power structures affect your ability to effectively ca
 rry out responsibilities? You're not alone – leaders at all levels strug
 gle with these issues\, often finding creative solutions to overcome com
 plex barriers.\n\nGDI is setting up a summer series of communities of pr
 actice\, allowing you to share your problems\, solution\, and wisdom wit
 h others. It is a welcoming space for you to share experiences and learn
  from people who are dealing with similar issues. It is not a lecture\, 
 but a community space of reflection on practice.\n\nFor more information

 In our first session\, we will discuss how leaders can develop resilienc
 e in challenging times. We will establish topics for future sessions bas
