The Philosophy Department at the University of Manchester is proud to present the 2018 Dorothy Emmet Lecture:

Professor Marya Schechtman (University of Illinois at Chicago) "The way we were: How memories make us who (and what) we are"

This is a public lecture, aimed at people with no prior knowledge of philosophy. It will finish at about 7.15pm, and will be followed by a short wine reception.
