DESCRIPTION:We welcome academics\, students\, service employees\, commiss
 ioners\, as well as learning disabled people\, family members and their 
 supporters.\n\nThis first draft of the LB Bill is one outcome of the ong
 oing Justice for LB campaign which seeks justice for Connor Sparrowhawk 
 (nicknamed Laughing Boy) who drowned in the bath in an Oxfordshire asses
 sment and treatment unit last year. This was a preventable death.\n\nThe
  Bill seeks to make 2 key changes to law:\n\n1. to make it a legal reali
 ty for disabled people to be fully included in their communities\n2. to 
 make it harder for the State to force disabled people to leave their hom
 es against their wishes\, or the wishes of their families. \n\nThe autho
