DESCRIPTION:In this session\, we aim to introduce participants to the con
 cept and structure of the Teaching-focused Lecturers’ Network and facili
 tate discussion around the contribution and relevance of Teaching-focuse
 d Lecturers in different areas of the university\, drawing on the experi
 ences and knowledge of the participants. We would also collect ideas and
  suggestions for an effective and relevant network of those involved in 
 teaching and learning. \n\nIntended learning outcomes of the session are
