 t\, Allostatic Load & Resilience \n\nDescription: An overview and backgr
 ound on the bio-social determinants of work-related ill health and workf
 orce attrition over time. This research seeks to advance theoretical kno
 wledge by examining the extent to which psychoneuroendocrine\, psychosoc
 ial and socio-economic perspectives may be integrated to form an explana
 tory model of chronic work-stress.\n\n\nSewon Lee will present on:\n\nTi
 tle: Respiratory hazards in cleaning and disinfection products used acro
 ss England and Wales.\n\nDescription: By using three different methods\,
  respiratory sensitisers and irritants in cleaning and disinfection prod
 ucts used across England and Wales are identified. Furthermore\, it will
  be presented the risk-based prioritization of sensitisers and irritants
  and a pilot study for using a mobile app for collecting exposure inform
