Please give a summary of what you hope participants will take away from the session:
In the workshop we will explore the different stages of change, discussing how people think, feel and behave at the different stages. This will lead into a discussion of what people need at the different stages in order to be lead through a change process. The workshop will be framed using three models of change, Kubler-Ross, Lewin and Kotter.
In this session we will:
• Explore models for leading change
• Identify ideas and tools for working with others through change
