 abley House Collection\, Tabley House contains a nationally important co
 llection of British Art.\n\nWhilst focusing on the work of Sir John Flem
 ing Leicester\, one of the country’s most significant art patrons of the
  early nineteenth century\, the tour shall also place his contribution w
 ithin the context of the collection as a whole\, built up by the Leicest
 er family from the seventeenth century to the twentieth century. \n\nAll
  of these paintings can viewed in their original setting\, surrounded by
  the family furniture and furnishings\, and in the case of J.M.W Turner’
 s ‘Windy Day’\, see it hung where the artist and knew it would have maxi
