DESCRIPTION:The ageing population is growing. At the same time\, the NHS 
 needs to cut back on costs to keep the health system sustainable. This m
 eans that people are \nexpected to live at home longer and take care of 
 themselves\, supported by community services and their family and friend
 s.\n\nDigital technologies can be used to monitor health and mobility in
  the community. They have the potential to transform health and social c
 are\, \nwhile also providing benefit to older people.\n\nAt this seminar
