Title: Representations of reduced enveloping algebras for gl_n and restricted Yangians
Let $\mathfrak g = \mathfrak{gl}_n(k)$ be the general linear Lie algebra over an algebraically closed field of positive characteristic. The crucial representations of $\mathfrak g$ to understand are those associated to the reduced enveloping algebras $U_\chi(\mathfrak g)$ for a nilpotent $\chi \in \mathfrak g$. We explain how the representations of $U_\chi(\mathfrak g)$ can be studied via representations of restricted truncated shifted Yangians. Then we present some consequences, in particular to the case where $\chi$ is a two-row nilpotent.
