DESCRIPTION:Talk Title: The Role of Third Party Intelligence in Transpare
 nt Markets\n\nThe promise of public ledgers is that everyone can see eve
 rything. But most public data is not usable by most end users. Instead o
 ver the last decade this dynamic led to a proliferation of blockchain in
 telligence tools and services that leverage available data to address a 
 wide variety of use cases. These tools and services now form an essentia
 l part of the digital asset ecosystem. Simultaneously\, when third parti
 es can access the same information as regulators and law enforcement new
  supervisory modalities become available. This\, in turn\, can require n
 ew intelligence tooling. In this talk we discuss the variety of roles bl
 ockchain intelligence providers can play in transparent markets\, explor
 e how transparency enables novel\, more efficient market governance mech
 anisms and provide an overview of the sorts of business models the digit
 al asset ecosystem can support.\n\nSpeaker Biography:\n\nJonathan Reiter
  works to apply traditional finance and technology tools to new problems
 . He is best known in the blockchain industry for having discovered flaw
 s in the Binance Beacon Chain and Binance Smart Chain and has a over two
  decades of experience as a derivatives trader at Barclays\, Morgan Stan
 ley\, Lehman Brothers and Nomura\, where he was formerly an Executive Di
 rector in FX Options Trading.\n\nJonathan holds two Bachelors Degrees fr
 om Brown University\, one for Computer Science and one for Mathematical 
 Economics\, as well as a Masters of Science in Computer Science.\n\nConn
