  are excited to have Etienne & Beverly Wenger-Trayner join us. Etienne i
 s a social learning theorist and consultant\, known for his work on comm
 unities of practice. Together they are internationally renowned social l
 earning theorists and consultants. Their pioneering work in the field of
  social learning has been influential in such diverse fields as learning
  theory\, business\, government\, international development\, healthcare
 \, and education. Their consulting practice specializes in contexts wher
 e there are large-scale social learning challenges. They bring people to
 gether across organizations\, geography\, sectors\, and disciplines to a
