DESCRIPTION:National Science and Engineering Week is a 10 day\nprogramme 
 of around 3\,500 events running throughout the whole of the UK with the 
 aim of celebrating science\, engineering and technology and its importan
 ce in our \nlives. Hundreds of thousands of people across the UK take pa
 rt in National Science and Engineering Week activities every year. \n\nH
 ere at the University of Manchester we will be inviting schools onto cam
 pus for three days and will be providing a range of stimulating and fun 
 science based activities which we hope will inspire the visiting pupils.
