You are invited to join the Wellcome Trust's event celebrating how disabled and neurodivergent people contribute to science, technology, engineering, mathematics and medicine (STEMM) and the wider economy. This event is being organised jointly by the National Association of Disabled Staff Networks (NADSN) and the Wellcome Trust. We are showcasing NADSN’s White Paper which comes at a tumultuous time for disability rights in the UK.
This event is for parliamentarians, policy leaders, changemakers, funders, learned bodies, press and media, and senior executives in higher education and NHS research.
The authors of the White Paper will be in attendance, who are all disabled scientists. There will also be an opportunity to see a demonstration of work around making laboratory environments accessible and inclusive for all.
To register for online attendance please visit the link to the Wellcome website or contact Sushmita Barman on s.barman@wellcome.org.
