Social prescribing for mental health needs and long-term health conditions have been proven to improve health and wellbeing. However, not all people who are referred go on to engage with support and activities provided in their community.
Join us to hear about Professor Paul Wilson and Dr Anna Wilding's research and recommendations on ensuring social prescribing is equitable and effective.
