The practice of Kanban, which has been used in manufacturing and software development for many years, is now becoming more widely prevalent in IT Service Management and IT Operations environments.
The University's IT Service Delivery Management Team are beginning to see many benefits from a growing adoption of Kanban throughout its ranks.
