ManReg: The Manchester Centre for Regulation, Governance and Public Law is hosting a free one-day seminar examining the regulatory implications of Brexit for individual citizens across numerous social spheres.
Following the triggering of Article 50, this interdisciplinary seminar will explore the regulatory protections and social and economic rights needed after Brexit by UK citizens and other residents.
Over 20 expert speakers will consider how Brexit will affect those most dependent on law-based social protections, as well as the regulatory role of human rights and international standards in ensuring that such protections are preserved. The discussion topics will be:
