The workshop will have a clinical and translational focus and will explore the different regulatory requirements needed to translate medical devices and pharmaceutical agents from preclinical research through to a clinical setting with a particular focus upon advanced therapeutic agents (e.g. nanomedicine, gene therapeutics and cell therapeutics).

The event will combine a series of talks from experts in the regulatory field, alongside case studies where advanced therapeutics are being translated through to clinical use. The event will culminate in an open panel discussion.
