Overview
The Higher Education sector is evolving at an unprecedented pace. Shifting policies, technological innovation, changing student expectations, and global challenges are reshaping the way institutions operate and how staff engage with their work. This workshop has been designed to give staff the time and space to reflect on these changes, to examine their current ways of working, and to develop practical strategies for navigating an environment of continual transformation.
Join us in this session if you are experiencing or anticipating change in your professional environment and wish to strengthen their adaptability, enhance resilience, and support your teams/students more effectively through times of transition.
Intended Learning Outcomes
- Examine the nature and pace of change within the wider Higher Education landscape, with particular focus on key current drivers of transformation.
- Explore the impact of change on individuals, teams, and organizational culture, recognizing both challenges and opportunities.
- Reflect on personal responses to change, gaining greater self-awareness and insight into different coping mechanisms.
- Review and apply appropriate tools and techniques to help cope with change effectively.
