QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) is a powerful tool for visualising and interpreting complex ‘omics datasets. The Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health (FBMH) holds an active license for IPA.

We’re pleased to announce that Ruth Stoney, a trainer from Ingenuity, will be delivering an in-person training session on 20 October 2025 at the Michael Smith Building Lecture Theatre.

Training Schedule

  • Introductory Session: 10:00–11:30 Designed for new users or those seeking a refresher on core features.
  • Advanced/Q&A Session: 12:00–13:00 Focused on advanced capabilities and recent updates, with time for questions.

You can also request specific topics to be covered or book a one-to-one consultation with Ruth in the afternoon to discuss your own analysis. Just note your preferences on the sign-up sheet.
