This seminar is part of the Special Seminar Series. Dr Chris Thorne has been working with engineered cell lines at Horizon for four years. In this talk he’ll discuss the reasons for using genome editing, the various tools available and, with a focus on CRISPR, how to plan and implement experiments to maximise your chances of success.
A discussion group follows the seminar at 15:00.
