Our annual Pharmacy Education Conference brings scientists, pharmacists and educators involved in pharmacy teaching together.
The event offers an opportunity to meet colleagues from other schools, share good practice and learn about developments in pharmacy education.
All those who have an interest in pharmacy undergraduate education are invited to attend this one-day conference.
The third annual conference will take place at the University of Manchester on Monday 27 June 2016.
We are pleased to announce that our keynote speaker for the 2016 conference will be Professor Ian Bates from UCL School of Pharmacy.
The theme of the conference is integration. We use the term integration in its broadest sense, including integration of science and practice, integration of university and workplace learning, and any other approaches to integration of subject areas, disciplines or teaching methods. Integration is obviously important to all schools both now and as we contemplate an integrated five year curriculum. Integration is key to preparing students for their future role and to meeting the requirements of accreditation.
