Get your day off to the best possible start with relaxation sessions and a free healthy breakfast in the Wellbeing Rooms.
These free drop-in sessions run every 15 minutes from 8:30 until 10:30 on Tuesday 6, Wednesday 7, and Thursday 8 October.
This event is part of Wellbeing Week 2015 - a week of free events aiming to get students and staff to think about their wellbeing, to relax, to get active, to try something new - but most of all to help you to feel good and have some fun.
