Petra Hamerlik will be holding the 2nd Navigating Brain Tumour Diagnosis: Innovations and Strategies one-day symposium at the Pendulum Hotel in Manchester, to discuss the recent advancements in diagnostic approaches and tools that are being developed for the early detection, diagnosis and non-invasive monitoring of brain tumours.
Summary of the topics to be covered:
- Technological advances in biomarker discovery using liquid biopsies.
- Non-invasive imaging for early detection and diagnosis of brain tumours
- Experimental design and statistical consideration for early detection studies: development stage

Abstract Submission: We encourage you to submit an abstract to be considered for a short talk or poster presentation. Please submit an abstract (max 250 words) to s.briston@manchester.ac.uk by 16th June. Submissions from Early Career Researchers are highly encouraged. There will be a £50 prize for the best poster, kindly sponsored by Proteintech.
