As part of our commitment to staff wellbeing, SEED Wellbeing Champions are delighted to invite you to an afternoon exploring the world-renowned Whitworth Gallery.
Research shows that engaging with art, spending time in inspiring spaces, and connecting with others can support wellbeing and reduce stress. This visit offers an opportunity to step away from your usual routine, enjoy a change of scenery, and spend time with colleagues in a relaxed setting.
