Marc Danel joins Dr Richard Whalley and Dr Pete Furniss to perform Ustvolskaya's trio for violin, clarinet and piano. The Danels are joined by students of Manchester's Chetham's School of Music to perform Rudolf Barshai's arrangement of Shostakovich's String Quartet No. 8.
