Abstract: Scale-resolving simulations of turbulent flows are challenging. While efforts have primarily focused on addressing computational demands, uncertainty quantification (UQ) has received less attention despite its significance. In this talk, we will present our recent advancements in quantifying uncertainties due to numerical/modelling parameters and finite time-averaging. We will also discuss the important role of multifidelity modelling and Bayesian optimization in turbulent flow simulations.
