In this session you will come to understand the role of quality assurance and how policies shape the design, delivery and enhancement of education and the student experience. We’ll explore your role and how you can engage positively and constructively with quality assurance to ultimately enhance your practice as an educator.
Intended Learning Outcomes
- Examine the Purpose and Scope of Quality Assurance (QA) and Policies and their implications for practice
- Navigate University of Manchester QA Policies and Processes
- Interpret policies at the local level- avoiding a free-for-all
- Consider everyone’s engagement with QA and the Risks of Non-Adherence
