The Star Lecture Series has been developed by the University to allow teachers and students access to exciting curriculum resources delivered by some of our leading academic staff. The lecture will be aimed at sixth form and college History and Politics students studying the Civil Rights era in the USA and will focus on key curriculum areas. The talk will be reinforced by seminar style workshops where attendees will have the opportunity to discuss issues and questions raised by the lecture which will be facilitated by current students from our Social Sciences and History departments.
